Our Alpenhotel Tirol has 38 rooms and is the smallest 4-star hotel in Galtür as well as a non-smoking hotel.
Here we have compiled all the important information about your holiday at the Alpenhotel Tirol for you.

Our creative half-board includes a rich breakfast buffet, an afternoon snack in our fireside lounge and an excellent evening menu of choice incl. vital salad buffet. A change of arrangement during the stay as well as a refund of unused half board and other services is not possible.

In our hotel the LITTLE ones are really BIG!For an all-round successful family holiday in Galtür, the Alpenhotel Tirol offers attractive discounts for children.

In the mountain summer, children up to the age of 11 stay completely free of charge in their parents’ room with 2 full-paying guests. In a few rooms, a second extra bed for children can also be booked. Depending on the season, we then charge a moderate daily rate for the second child.

Prices for children in winter incl. half board:

  • up to 3 years free
  • from 3 – 6 years: € 48,00
  • from 7 – 15 years: € 61,00 to € 68,00
  • from 15 – 18 years: 20 % reduction on the respective half-board price

For children in their own double room we offer a moderate daily or package price including half board for children:

  • Up to 11 years: -20 % reduction on the half-board, day or all-inclusive price listed
  • From 12 years: -15 % reduction on the listed half-board, daily or package price

Our inclusive services for children
We are happy to prepare cots and cots for our youngest guests. Of course, there is also a special children’s menu in the evening.

Dogs are only allowed in the hotel on request and have access to all rooms and the fireplace hall.
As these rooms have to be specially cleaned on departure, we charge a one-off cleaning fee of between € 60.00 and € 75.00, depending on the size of the dog.

There are sufficient parking spaces available. We also have 8-10 spaces in our in-house underground car park, which can be rented for a daily fee of € 11.00.

Free W-Lan use in the entire house. A laptop is also available for use by our guests.

We will confirm your room reservation after receipt of the deposit of € 250,00.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any cancellation costs.

We primarily accept EC cards as well as Visa and Master or Maestro cards.

Despite the currently daily changing information, you can easily book your summer holiday with us – without a deposit – and up to 10 days before your arrival a free cancellation or rebooking is possible.

Something can always come up. We ALWAYS recommend that you take out travel insurance.

The Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance not only offers you protection against costs in the event of cancellation or early departure, but also insures the costs of a helicopter rescue, among other things, so that you can enjoy your holiday in the mountains with the best possible protection.

In Hotel Cancellation Plus and Premium, the following reasons, among others, are covered in the event of a cancellation or trip interruption by the guest:

  • Illness of the guest with COVID-19.
  • Illness of a close relative or a person living in the same household with COVID-19 and the presence of the guest at home is urgently required
  • Fever and suspicion of corona, even if the test result is later negative.
  • A positive test result without symptoms
  • A close relative in the same household is ill and the guest must be quarantined
