We always make an effort to improve the standard and quality of our hotel. Our philosophy is very simple. “We love to accommodate guests!” and for us hospitality is a calling and not just a job. We try to live that new quality of hospitality which admittedly does not promise everything, but has a big positive effect – that is to say the wellbeing of our guests.
Pampering our guests, appreciating them and the feeling of being welcome is shown in many small actions and details. If this matches your ideas of hospitality you are welcome to join our team as professional or trainee who wants to make an apprenticeship.
The cuisine of the Alpenhotel Tirol enchants with light regional specialities with many creative elements, sometimes also with a Mediterannean touch. In short, creativity and ingenuity are very important to us. Our guests simply want to be spoilt in every respect. They don’t expect kitchen acrobatics, but elegant, classy and seasonal food creations which are prepared gently and carefully.
Our kitchen is modernly equipped. Flexibility regarding guest wishes as well as friendliness and an attentive, personal guest service have top priority.
In our team cook trainees can expect a profound and comprehensive training regarding both regional and international cuisine.
Cleanness and hygiene mean fresh towels daily, changing of bedclothes or a well-tempered room are standard for our guests. All this signalises our guests: “Welcome!”
The field of activities of housekeeping and laundry comprises: complete cleaning of the rooms and baths, refilling of shampoo and soap, cleaning of the corridors and public areas, handling (washing and ironing) of the accruing hotel laundry (also laundry of employees).
As our employee you have to work very accurately and thoroughly. The guest rooms and baths always have to be perfect. In addition, you also have to be flexible and fulfill the individual wishes of our guests, whether they want to have a second pillow or a blanket …
We offer our guests a discreet, attentive and cordial service. Your work area includes the service at breakfast and dinner with festively laid tables in the dining room and our Stüberl. In addition, the complete mise en place as well as the attentive offering of aperitifs and drinks also belong to your duties.
For us genuine friendliness and a personal contact to our guests have top priority, since we are an important contact person for them regarding many questions.
We expect from our service trainees an interest in their profession and the willingness to accept advice and tips of colleagues. He/she should be willing to and interested in learning this profession.
